Normal orders will be shipped via USPS within 3 days of receiving payment. If you would like your items shipped via FedEx, Priority Mail or any other method, please contact customer service at: customerservice@thepinkpolkadotpoodle.com

Personalized cards, stationary or scrapbooks may take up to 2 weeks to complete. If you would like an estimate of how long your item will take to personalize, please contact: pink07@thepinkpolkadotpoodle.com

Please understand that all personalized and custom orders such as scrapbooks, albums, cards, and memo boards may NOT be the same exact design as shown. Because these items are made by hand and are not an exact replica, some things may be a bit different (stickers, embellishments, arrangement of paper, etc.).
