What is The Pink Polka Dot Poodle?

The Pink Polka Dot Poodle is a company created in July 2007 to offer girly-girl items such as handbags, memo boards, personalized and do-it-yourself scrapbooks, stationary and more! Why search the internet and expensive retail stores when you can do all your girly-girl shopping in ONE location?!

Why the name 'The Pink Polka Dot Poodle'?

The owner, Aimeé, is obsessed with french themed items such as the pink poodle, Eiffel Tower, and toile fabric. After thinking for weeks and unable to decide on a name for her company, she consulted a friend who jokingly said, "Name it the pink polka dot poodle!".

Product Information:

A.) Scrapbooks: Not everyone has the time or energy to create a personalized scrapbook, so The Pink Polka Dot Poodle offers to do this for you! Prices are based on pages needed, theme, accessories and time it will take to finish the book. Each page is created by hand and will include different scrapping techniques, embellishments and personalized touches to make your book unique. Plain scrapbooks (without personalized pages) are offered as well at an affordable price.

B.) Memo boards: This is an unique way to display pictures and memos. The boards come in various sizes and fabrics. If you would like a custom memo board (choose the size, fabric, color of ribbon), please go to the contact section to send us a note.

C.) Stationary/Business Cards: Do you want a business card or stationary set that stands out from the crowd? We can create one! The possibilties are endless!

D.) Handbags: Pink Poodle handbags are available for young girls and various fabric (including toile, poodle print and eiffel tower print) hand bags, diaper bags and tote bags are offered for women at The Pink Polka Dot Poodle.

E.) Candles: Instead of the traditional candle, we will be offering french tarts and wax bars. These uniquely designed bars are beautiful to just display or you can cut off a piece as needed and melt it using one of our wax warmers. The warmers can also be used with regular candles or wickless candles. Also available: 4'' stuffed pink poodles dipped in scented wax. These will make your home or office smell so good!

F.) Soap: A variety of handmade soap will be offered in December!

G.) Accessories: Affordable, beautiful jewelry in a variety of styles and colors. In December we will offer: personalized bag tags, reversible fabric headbands and Michael Miller or Amy Butler fabric keychains.

About the owner:

Aimeé L. Johnson resides in Greenville, Michigan (soon to be Round Rock, Texas) and in addition to becoming an entrepreneur for the first time, she works as an ICU nurse and is a graduate student at Michigan State University. Scrapbooking has been a passion of hers and she has completed several scrapbooks, stationary sets and greeting cards for her family and friends. Becoming a Stampin Up! Demonstrator in 2007 allowed her to show her creative side (which she always has denied having). After months of encouragement from family and her closest friends, Aimeé decided to open her own business and this is how The Pink Polka Dot Poodle came about!
